Get Started

FireBox Offers year-round installation for any stove or fireplace purchased directly from us. For stoves not purchased through FireBox, installation is seasonal service available only from April to August.

Once we decided to convert from wood to gas, we contacted Firebox. Very shortly Collin arrived to inspect current setup. Based on current firebox dimensions he needed to do some research re options. Within a short period of time he came back with 2 options. Once we picked an option Collin walked us thru the steps for installation including adding the gas line. Once the gas fireplace arrived, Collin arrived to demo the existing firebox and install the new gas unit. Promptly after new gas line was inspected, Collin returned to complete the installation. We were very happy with his work and timeliness. In the background, Daniela was right on top of keeping us up to date re appointments, etc. 5 stars!
